Card Service Fee Mon, Aug 03, 2026

Beginning August 17, 2026, a non-refundable 2.75% card service fee is charged separately by Elavon for all credit or debit cards payments. City of Palo Alto does not retain any portion of this fee. Autopay Notice: If you are enrolled in automatic payments using a credit or debit card, the 2.75% service fee will apply to those recurring transactions starting August 17, 2026.
